Creativity

Being an introvert and loving and needing my alone time, I find that my creativity levels increase because I am alone and in a quiet place. This is ideal for me and I am always fascinated at the types of things I can do and accomplish.

The Feelings and Idiosyncrasies of an Introvert

In my quest to help others through the things and experiences that I have gone through...I offer this blog. I know the tremendous relief I felt when I discovered not too long ago that I had an introvert personality, after a long lifetime of feeling that I was different from others around me. Introverts are NOT weird...we are uniquely and wonderfully different and offer so very much to the world around us.---I am 89% introvert and an ISFJ type.

Marti Laney, Psy.D.....is an introvert herself, and a psychotherapist. She is an author, teacher, and public speaker on the world of introverts. Here is a link to her website:

She also began a fantastic online public forum for introverts, which has helped me so much to understand and accept myself as an introvert, and to be able to relate to other introverts on the forum and converse and compare notes with them. Here is the link for the introvert forum:
